Maintenance / Repair History Notes
All the bearings on the Model 81 bandsaw were replaced by Barbo Machinery (technician).
The PM2013B was installed and placed in operation in May 2021. It worked fine initially but subsequently developed issues. A spare mag-switch was sent and installed by Adam. This did not solve the issue.
Wheel tires replaced on SN #15111263. The bottom tire kept coming loose and was chewed up to the point where it would not stay on.
The brake shoe has come off its assembly and no longer was bringing the machine to a stop.
New brake shoe installed. The new brake assembly did not have holes installed in the correct positions and required modification.
A new fence body was ordered for the east small bandsaw (Serial #15111251) after the original fence was damaged.
