Facility Use
Community organizations can request use of school buildings and grounds
Corvallis School District welcomes community use of school facilities when not in use for district programs. Gyms, auditoriums, fields, and meeting rooms are available for civic, recreational, and educational purposes.
Request Process
- Submit a request — Complete the facility use application form
- Review — The Facilities team reviews availability and requirements
- Approval — Receive confirmation with any applicable fees and guidelines

Volunteer
Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers play a vital role in Corvallis schools. Help in classrooms, libraries, lunchrooms, and at school events. Background checks are required for all volunteers working with students.
Organizations
Parent-Teacher Organizations
Each school has an active PTO or PTA that organizes fundraisers, family events, and classroom support. PTOs are a great way to connect with other families and directly support your school.
Finance
Budget Committee
Community members can serve on the district Budget Committee, which reviews the proposed annual budget and provides recommendations to the Board. Vacancies are announced each spring.
Advisory
Community Advisory Committees
The district convenes advisory committees on topics such as equity, safety, facilities planning, and curriculum. These committees bring together educators, families, and community members to inform policy.
